Chocolate Dandy Bitters

​I know, I know...you are wondering why would you wactually want something bitter, right?
Essentially, when our bodies taste something bitter, it sends a signal to our digestive system that food is coming & it is time to get to work. This particular blend is ideal for Just about everyone (and it's the yummiest in my opinion). I like to add this one to cocktails, too!
 
Suggestion: drop 5-10 drops on your tongue about 20 minutes prior to eating. Let your mouth really taste the bitter (it's not that bad, I promise) and then swallow,
 
Today, we pretty much avoid "bitter" at all costs; coffee perhaps being the wide exception. Although, that, too, we adulterate with sweetness. The thing is, we need bitterness in our lives. Oh boy...I feel like we could get all philosophical here, but I'm just going to keep to the physical for now.
