I Love Myself Tincture

Everybody wants to feel loved. I know I sure do.
 
The most important love of all, is self love; though that can sometimes feel like an impossible goal.
 
In this blend, I have combined the ​ delicious aromatics of Vanilla with the heart loving power & protection of Hawthorn to help us safely feel our own love. Added to that is a bit of Tulsi for lifting the spirit and Chamomile to bring a gentle sense of calm.
 
I am not going to claim that this blend will make you love yourself, but I will say for me...it makes the notion seem just a bit more doable on a hard day.
 
Dosage will vary person to person, so you will have to experiment to find yours. Personally, I like 2-3 full droppers on my tongue. That usually does the trick nicely.
 
Ingredients: Tinctures of Vanilla, Hawthorn, Tulsi, Chamomile (tinctures are made with alcohol)
