Lung Love Infusion

If we ever needed to give our lungs a little extra love, it's now.
 
This infusion features Marshmallow Leaf & Root, Mullein, Hyssop, and Licorice (and some other friends) to soothe any aching dryness or tightness in the chest, suppress spasmodic coughing (while helping to expel anything that needs to get out when you do cough). It's also very soothing on the throat. Pretty much, it's an all around lung supportive tea, hence the name.
 
Bonus: It also has a lovely helping of vitamins, thanks to the Red Raspberry Leaf & Red Clover!

I suggest you prepare this as an overnight infusion. Meaning, before you go to bed, pour 8 ounces of boiling water per 1 rounded teaspoon of tea into a mason jar or other heat proof vessel. Cover it and let it sit overnight. Strain it well in the morning (some people find any tiny hairs from the Mullein that might escape, irritating to the throat, I like to add a piece of cloth when straining) and enjoy! I like to make a big batch so that I can sip on it all day long. You can warm it up once it is strained, should you prefer a hot drink.
