Muscle Melt Elixir

Muscle Melt Elixir is my answer to tension headaches. You know that feeling of tightly knotted, shoulders up by ears, that often precedes a dull, throbbing and very persistent headache? If so, then you, my friend, may be experiencing one. They show up in everyone differently, but the neck and shoulder tension are usually a pretty constant theme. I have been working with this particular blend for a few years now and find it to be highly effective. The combination of herbs gently "melts" that tension away without the heavy drowsiness you might expect.
Dosage will vary person to person, so you will have to experiment to find yours. Personally, I like 2 full droppers on my tongue. That usually does the trick nicely. I would suggest, however, that you start with 10-15 drops, and then increase as needed.
 
Ingredents: Tinctures of Valerian Root, Passionflower, Skullcap, Milky Oats, and Ginger infused honey. (tinctures are made with alcohol)
