Brain Boost Tincture

Space case? Brain fog? I feel you. I'm not going to promise you this tincture is going to instantly make you super focused and able to retain all the information. I wish I could...but that's just not realistic. What I can tell you is: both Gotu Kola & Ginko Biloba increase blood circulation to our brains (bringing in all those fresh nutrients for our hungry brains). Some people with ADHD and ADD find them beneficial. That Cacao will help there, too; plus...yum! Plus, the Spilanthes and Chili will wake up you up the moment they hit your tongue, trust me.
I like to work with this blend in the morning and after lunch (my two most spacey times). I would caution against working with it too late in the evening, as it may make it difficult to sleep.
