Sleep with Sorrow Tincture

No two people will ever experience grieving in the exact same way. However, there are some common experiences that many people share. Sleep issues, for example, are fairly common. Many people experience deep exhaustion, yet sleep remains elusive. For others, it's the constant rumination of "what if?" or "should I have done it differently?", etc... Working in partnership with Lori Zaspel of Philly Death Doulas , I have crafted this tincture to support some of the issues around sleep while dealing with grief. We also came up with a tea for starting (or just getting through) the day; that's Mourning Tea. We truly hope this product can help support you as you process your grief.
 
Ingredents: Tinctures of Passionflower, Skullcap, Wild Lettuce, Kava Kava (tinctures are made with alcohol)
