I am no stranger to the devastating feeling of heartbreak. Whether it be grieving a lost loved one, a break-up, a dream that seems to have been snuffed out... a broken heart is that ineffable pain we all know. I created this blend after experiencing the loss of my father, several years ago.
 
Elderflower is a wonderful ally when we feel weighed down by grief; and it lends a delicious floral note to this blend. The Tulsi in this elixir, also a good friend to have in times of heartache or loss, comes from my own garden.  Covered in raw honey, it sat in the sunlight all summer to infuse. The combination is, to my mind, nothing short of miraculous. It is warming to body and spirit, like a hug and whisper of support from your favorite person.
 
Dosage will vary person to person, so you will have to experiment to find yours. Personally, I like 1-2 full droppers on my tongue. That usually does the trick nicely.
